Here at Skyline we are committed to the knowledge and the benefits of fitness and health and how that positive value is sustained through all parts of a student’s life. We motivate and inspire students to appreciate, enjoy and actively engage in physical movement and healthy habits that have a positive impact on their social and emotional well being, fostering respect for self and others, a spirit of cooperation and fair play.
The mission of the Skyline High School Physical Education Department is to encourage a lifetime of fitness through exercise, play, and self-assessment in cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
For my classes Tuesday and Thursday are run days while Monday, Wednesday and Friday are activity days.
